Typically, we assume approximately 2 weeks for our boxes to travel to our contacts, and two weeks to return home. Those are often much less than is actually needed, which is why we request that our cardmakers attempt to 'beat' the published deadlines; we begin sending cards for a holiday 8 weeks prior, often, if we have them. So if you can help out by being early, that helps our heroes tremendously!
