Happy World Cardmaking Day!

It's the most...wonderful time....of the year! Not just because of World Cardmaking Day, but because we're all having such a great time making holiday cards for our heroes to write home on!
The card shared below is yet another one by popular request - making a card with paper, no stamping. Ack! You all know how to strike fear in Sandy's heart by making requests like that :) But...here you go:
The snow people are made with simple punches, with handcut noses on dimensional adhesive and Pearl Pen for eyes and mouths. The fence is hand cut brown paper - there's a single strip of paper across the back that made it easy to assemble and add the Basic Grey brads. That's all popped on dimensional adhesive, and the snow was hand cut and glued to the front of the fence. Pretty easy peasy! And this card works all winter long, but could be used for a holiday greeting as well - more flexible than a "Merry Christmas" card.

So...have you been inspired today on the bloghop? We sure hope so! Ready to share YOUR creation? Use the InLinkz below to add your own link to a holiday card! There'll be a prize of a flat rate envelope full of all sorts of goodies from the OWH treasure box....join in the fun!

Great idea making the card so it can be used for any winter occasion or just because. I really like the brads on the fence.

very fun card - you did a great job with your challenge of no stamping.

I am starting at the end and working backwards although I did peek at a few before I got here.

Not only is there no stamping but no ribbon either. :) I really like the brads on the fence post. Just adds a touch of class to the card.

This card is super cute. My card was also just paper with a little ink and twine, no stamping. :)

So clever to make this design out of shapes. Buttons on the fence are a nice decorative touch!

I couldn't imagine not stamping on a card - but yours turned out fabulously adorable. Love that fence!

The brads are my favorite part. They are perfect bling on the fence.

Compared to the reject you posted earlier in the week, I think this one works well because the snowmen are so much larger so they're a better focal point. Thanks for sharing your design process on this card.

I like this size of snowman compared to the first ones. The other ones just got lost in the snow. LOL! And those brads really dress it up nicely. Had lots of fun this month, thank you!

Love the snowmen! Reminds me of your bear card. I think a snowman head would work well like that. Too tired to try it today; but soon! Great new format with the links ahead of time! Rock on!!!
